Haiti – Football : End of the training camp of our Grenadiers in Florida
On Wednesday, September 4th, it was at the Tropical Park football field in Miami, Florida, that the national football team completed the first part of the preparations for the League of Nations match against Curacao on 7 and 10 of month.
The 16 players who had the opportunity to be present at this new rally in Florida actively participated in this 3rd session, the first on a real playground and differs from the first two conducted in an “Indoor Facility” because of the threat of Hurricane Dorian on Florida disrupting the program of preparation of our Grenadiers.
Before arriving on the lawn of the Tropical Park, the grenadiers worked in the morning on the muscular reinforcement in Gym with the physical trainer Alexis Acikgoz, on request of the breeder Marc Collat who had formed two working groups:
Group 1: Andrew Jean Baptiste, Jhony Placide, Jems Geffrard, Stephane Lambèze, Alex Christian Jr., Kevin Lafrance, Steeven Saba
Group 2: Josué Duverger, Jimmy-Bend Alexis, Zachary Heriveaux, Derrick Etienne, Herve Bazile, Frantzdy Pierrot, Cristiano Francois, Jhony Placide, Duckens Nazon, Bryan Alceus.
Note that this Thursday, September 5 at 10:30am, the Haitian delegation will leave Florida to go to Willemstad, the political capital of Curacao where the final list of 18 players will be completed with Louisius Deedson and Ricardo Adé who will leave respectively Denmark and Chile. Thursday.
A training session is scheduled at 6:00pm with this group.
Note that the national selection is deprived of Soni Mustivar and Arcus Carlens, previously convened https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28597-haiti-league-of-nations-list-of-20-haitian-players-convened.html but who had to withdraw because of injury. Soni Mustivar was injured last weekend with his Azerbaijan D1 club (NEFTCI BAKU). We will provide later details on the nature of his injury and the duration of his unavailability.
